Built and delivered Appointment Service as a standalone Spring Boot microservice, extracting tightly coupled logic from a monolith into a service handling technician dispatch, live GPS tracking, and appointment lifecycle management via REST APIs and RabbitMQ.
Identified and resolved a production data access bug where a new channel introduction caused multi-row query conflicts, delivering a zero-downtime SQL fix validated against live production data.
